Our lives today are full of change, both in our personal and professional space. We are expected to adapt and move forward at a rapid rate. Change is hard – we need to learn, unlearn and relearn – constantly throughout life. It is ever-more important to build individual resilience, control our emotions and do our best to stay on track with our life purpose.
We define coaching as simply providing the space to help people with their thinking. We do this by asking powerful questions, listening for potential, helping you unlock your insights - creating energy for you to move forward, reach your goals and bring your vision to life.
A neuroscience approach to coaching supports us to set transformational goals by focusing on the neuroplasticity of your brain and hard wiring new habits, behaviours and thinking. This approach focuses on long lasting results that are maintained rather than relying on motivation alone. Our coaching process is structured and focused on clear goal setting, strategies, actions and an accountability processes. We help our clients stay on track, get the support they need in between sessions and celebrate success along the way – again reinforcing the wiring in our brains. We recommend connecting with a coach prior to committing to any type of agreement. It is important that you are a good fit, feel comfortable with each other and the coach can help you with what you want out of coaching. All of our coaches are trained and qualified, hold an International Coach Federation (ICF) certification and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
